We offer a free-of-charge customized support for all applications for open calls for proposals. Our goal is to strengthen your project to increase your possibilities for future funding.
The model is built on four steps. Participation in the model is voluntary for proposal applicants.
Support and advice before you send your application to Vinnova/Swelife. This support is tailored to the project need and can include anything from help with finding good partners to reading your application and giving advice on improvements and clarifications. This is in order to contribute to stronger, easier to understand and correct applications.
Applicants can be given feedback during the selection process at Vinnova. Swelife representatives will observe the meetings where applications are discussed and can therefore give feedback, which gives project teams opportunity to strengthen parts of their application before an interview. Teams will also be offered pitch training. All support will be tailored for each project.
3. Feedback on rejected projects
Feedback can include the strengths of a project, but also the weaker parts as well i.e. those which need to be clearer or improved. Closer contact with innovation actors for the next application round is also initiated.
Swelife continues to have close contact with the projects during implementation. Project teams will have further access to discussion partners and external “eyes” on the project. External experts will, at least once a year, look at the projects from different perspectives, such as healthcare, industry, venture capital and regulation.
